The Gulf Coast Symphony Orchestra presents Sounds by the Sea. The event honoring those who have served will take place at the Pascagoula Performing Arts Center. Seating for the indoor concert is on a first come, first serve basis. Doors open at 2:00 and the performance begins at 3:00.
