This office of City Government is responsible for making sure all structures within Pascagoula are safe and meet the International Building Code. All building, fences, plumbing, electrical, mechanical permit and licenses are issued through this Division. It is also responsible for zoning, special use permits and assigning new addresses for 911 emergency services.

On March 16, 2011, the City of Pascagoula adopted a new Unified Development Ordinance. It is available online HERE!
