Please read the instructions listed below before using the Citizen Self Services website.
Instructions
After clicking the blue button above, click “Citizen Self Service” on the left side of the screen. Then you may choose one of several options:
Pay your utility bill by clicking on the Utility Bills link!
- After clicking the link, simply enter your customer ID from your bill and follow the onscreen instructions.
- A $3.95 fee will be assessed by Official Payment Corporation.
- Please be sure to disable any popup blockers before attempting to pay your bill.
- If you have any questions, please click the “Contact Us” link.
View and pay for business licenses renewals by clicking on the Business Licenses link.
- After clicking the Business Licenses link, enter your search criteria in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and click on search.
- Report code violations and non-emergency utility problems by clicking on the Non-Emergency Requests link.
- Enter your name, phone number, and e-mail address as requested, select the type of request from the dropdown list and click continue.
- If you have any questions, please click the “Contact Us” link.
Apply for and pay for Permits and Inspections by clicking on the Permits and Inspections link.
- To apply for a permit, click on apply online and follow the onscreen instructions.
- To search for an existing permit, enter search criteria IN ALL CAPS and click on search.
- If you have any questions, please click the “Contact Us” link.
If you click on the Vendor Self Service link, you can:
- Register your business as a vendor for the city of Pascagoula
- After clicking on the Vendor Self Service link, click on Registration and follow the onscreen instructions.
