Katrina Anniversary Events |
|
|
As much as we may dislike looking back on the destruction of Hurricane Katrina,
we cannot deny that our City and her citizens will never be the same. The
storm forever changed us. As our Mayor, Matthew Avara, has stated "We look
back through a rearview mirror, but forward through a wide windshield."
Let's look backward only briefly so that we may acknowledge where we have been
and envision where we are going. |

having a picnic with their neighbors. |
