Pascagoula Accepting Proposals for Qualified Developers for Two Properties

The City of Pascagoula, MS

PASCAGOULA, Miss. May 9, 2017 – The City of Pascagoula is accepting proposals for qualified developer for the Holland Street Property and Hague Property.


The Strategic Plan Housing Subcommittee is currently soliciting Developer Qualifications to work with the subcommittee to construct a single family housing development with possible mixed use components.


“We are excited to see more single-family home development in Pascagoula, “ said Jen Dearman. “We hope these RFPs will facilitate development in the near future.”


Proposals are being accepted until August 1, 2017.  Proposals will be rated on scale and scope, the capital investment, operational plan, financial stability and relevant experience.
