Recreation

We're proud of the quality of life we offer here in Pascagoula. Our options for outdoor recreation are hard to match. Pascagoula sits along two major waterways: the Gulf of Mexico and the Pascagoula River. Use one of our many boat launches for an easy trip through the Mississippi Sound to the islands or out to deeper water for deep-sea fishing; or grab a kayak and dip your paddle into the last unimpeded major river system in the continental United States. Take a bike ride along the Pascagoula Historic Bike Trail or take a walk or run down the promenade. With 200 acres of parks and plenty of events throughout the year, you'll never have trouble finding something to do in Pascagoula
